Follow the instructions to restore device factory default settings without deleting the device settings you’ve selected in the MYVUSE app or tap YES, DELETE PREFERENCES. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored.

Restore device factory default settings

Follow the instructions to remove your device from the list of known devices in your phone's Bluetooth® settings.

When your device factory default settings are restored, you must pair it with the MYVUSE app again to use it with the app.
