Changes in CLOUD CONTROL settings do not apply to my device.

If changes in CLOUD CONTROL settings don’t apply to your device, there may be several causes of the problem.

The connection to your device has been disconnected

For your device to retrieve the correct information when changing settings, it must be connected to the MYVUSE app.

Solution: Close and reopen the MYVUSE app.
