I'm receiving too many notifications or duplicate notifications in the MYVUSE app

If you’re receiving too many notifications or duplicate notifications in the MYVUSE app, there may be several causes of the problem.

You turned on all notifications in the MYVUSE app

To see only the desired notifications, you must turn them on.

Find "MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS"

Select MYVUSE to open the app.

Tap the menu icon.

Find "MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS"

Tap MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS.

Turn notifications on or off

Tap the indicators next to the desired notifications to turn them on or off.

Turn notifications on or off

Tap SAVE PREFERENCES.

Step 6 of 6

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
