What do you need help with?

I can't activate my device

If you can't activate your device before using it for the first time or after having restored it, there may be several causes of the problem.

The activation isn’t done correctly

To activate your device, the activation must be done correctly.

Charge the battery

Connect the magnetic charging cable to a suitable USB charging port/station

Charge the battery

Place your device (bottom first) in the magnetic charging cable allowing it to click into place.

Charge the battery

When the LED flashes red, charging is in progress and the battery has a charge of less than 10 percent.

Charge the battery

When the LED turns solid red, charging is in progress and the battery has a charge between 10 and 80 percent.

When the LED turns solid green, charging is in progress and the battery has a charge of more than 80 percent.

Charge the battery

When the LED turns off, your device is fully charged.

Insert pod

Hold the tip of your pod.

Turn your device so the opening is facing upwards.

Slide your pod into the opening of your device until it clicks into place.

Open the MYVUSE app

Select MYVUSE to open the app.

If you've already used your device, follow the instructions to continue the configuration. Otherwise, select I HAVEN'T USED THE DEVICE.

Press and hold the side button on your device for 2 seconds until the device LED starts flashing.

Tap MY DEVICE IS BLINKING.

Press the side button on your device 5 times quickly until the device LED starts flashing repeatedly.

Tap Pair and wait while your device pairs with the app.

Follow the instructions to choose the name and colour of your device.

Tap SAVE PREFERENCES to complete the configuration and go to the app start page.
