I can't log on to the MYVUSE app
If you can't log on to the MYVUSE app for your device, there may be several causes of the problem.
The MYVUSE app doesn’t recognize my email address or password
To log on to the MYVUSE app, you must enter the correct credentials.
Solution: Check, if you’ve entered the correct credentials. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password” function to create a new one. Finally, check that you're logging on using the right country and province (your VUSE account is valid only in the country and province where you created it).
