My device disconnects as soon as I exit the MYVUSE app
If your device disconnects as soon as you exit the MYVUSE app, there may be several causes of the problem.
The browser is either closed or is running in the background
To maintain a connection to the MYVUSE app, the app must be open.
Solution: Restart the MYVUSE app in the browser.
