If the battery level shown in the MYVUSE app doesn't match the device battery level, there may be several causes of the problem.
The connection to your device has been disconnected
For your device to retrieve the correct battery level information, it must be connected to the MYVUSE app.
Solution: Refresh the web page for the MYVUSE app.
