What do you need help with?

The MYVUSE app doesn’t recognize my device after Bluetooth pairing

If the MYVUSE app doesn’t recognize your device after Bluetooth pairing, there may be several causes of the problem.

The battery is empty

To connect to the MYVUSE app, the battery must be charged.

Step 1 of 6

Charge the battery

Connect the magnetic charging cable to a suitable USB charging port/station

Step 2 of 6

Charge the battery

Place your device (bottom first) in the magnetic charging cable allowing it to click into place.

Step 3 of 6

Charge the battery

When the LED flashes red, charging is in progress and the battery has a charge of less than 10 percent.

Step 4 of 6

Charge the battery

When the LED turns solid red, charging is in progress and the battery has a charge between 10 and 80 percent.

Step 5 of 6

Charge the battery

When the LED turns solid green, charging is in progress and the battery has a charge of more than 80 percent.

Step 6 of 6

Charge the battery

When the LED turns off, your device is fully charged.
