If your device can’t connect to the MYVUSE app during initial setup, there may be several causes of the problem.
The distance between the two devices is too long
To establish a connection to another Bluetooth device, the devices must be within range of the wireless Bluetooth signal.
Solution: Place the devices within 10 metres of each other.
